CONDITIONS AND RULES APPLYING FOR INVESTORS
The following rules and conditions apply for investors to join our
project-developments

I MAXIMUM PARTICIPATION FUNDS

I A in PERCENT OF PROJECT COSTS
Maximum participation per project per investor is 25% of the estimated
project cost -

I B in PERCENT OF NET WORTH OF INVESTOR

Maximum Capital Clear funds per project accepted
are 15% of net worth of investor
Certified by him in front of the solicitor acting – funds to be received
Into solicitor trust account with WESTPAC or ANZ BANK
Or SUNCORP –

II ACQUISITION OF KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION

INTRODUCTION LUNCH
All possible investors join in a lunch with demonstration of
Risks and chances in order to learn to know each party participating
To share thoughts and wisdom – 3 – 4 hour demonstration with lunch
Speaker Gerhard Kempe – Cost per head $ 120.00 incl. lunch, wine , dine
Room etc. - - - number of guests 21 to 100 – place of venue to be selected

III PROJECT AUDITS

Auditors are appointed by investors – yearly complete audit is required

IV Explanation of PROJECT FEES

Fees – per hour plus outlays – plus project management fees
Project finding fee – project establishment fee – project accomplishment bonus in percent of profit before tax -
Outlays are solicitor fees - auditor fees – cost for engineers and architects involved


V PROJECT PARTICIPATION DEVELOPMENT OR FINISHED PRODUCT AT FIXED PRICE

Investors have the right to choose between a participation in the
Development Project or the purchase of a finished product



VI PRICING PROFIT AND EXPECTATION

Finished product sale prices are chosen to leave a 25% profit for the purchaser in advance ( prior to completion ) of the finished product within a 1- 3 year period . Project development profit is scheduled to create a 25% profit after completion – which may take 6 – 36 months.

VII REAL ESTATE AGENTS ARE WELCOME TO INTRODUCE INVESTORS

NORMAL REIQ COMMISSIONS APPLY FOR INTRODUCTION
For amounts over $ 500,000.00 commissions have to be negotiated
But commissions will always be in excess of 1.5%
